Uh, I think that shouldn't be too much worry because it isn't an immediate effect. However to stop you worrying for the rest of the month you could get the Morning After Pill.

It's free from boots, but it isn't very nice taking it. You take one pill at the consultation and then one exactly 12 hours after. So I ended up taking mine at 3 in the morning. It makes you feel a bit sick but other than that, it's a relief. They won't tell your parents cause it is all confidental, however I think they note your name so they can tell if you use it exessivly.

Have you read the little book which comes with your pill, it should tell you what to do.

How late was you taking your pill, im a little confused. If its more than 12 hours, then consider the morning after pill. But if you used a condom last night, i really wouldnt worry, you've got one major form of contraception and a semi working form in the pill. If your planning on sex in the next 7 days make sure you use a comdom.

10am or 10pm?

You can take your pill up to 12 hours late and it will still work, so if you took it at 10am you should be ok, if you normally take it at 11pm at the latest.

I dont recommend taking the MAP unless you really think you need it- Ive had to take it once and can tell you that the side effects arent very nice.
