I'm not sure if its normal, but I've got em all over lol, I wouldn't worry about them. Certainly not pleasing to the eye, but a dick isn't exactly the most attractive thing in the world anyways :p:

They are perfectly normal, and so are, surprisingly, harmless.

probably fordyce's spots nothing to be worried about and in some cases they can be a blessing as the small raised bumps can enhance pleasure for some women

anyway, OP, they're all harmless

There's also absolutely nothing you can do about them. Great, eh?

'pearly penile papules'

I was sure they're something else! Aren't they white dots on the top bit?

"Pearly Penile Papules" are the rows of small bumps that appear on the underside of the rim of the glans (the head of the penis). They aren't what the OP was talking about I don't think, although I think they may be linked to the enlarged sebaceous glands that the OP is likely experiencing.

Just been speaking to my mother, she is a doctor, she said they are perfectly normal, is something to do with the penis stretching as you go through puberty, dont worry bout it mate
hey i went to the docters about this about year and half ago and she sed its perfectly fine. not everyone gets them but some people do. i cant rememebr what she called it but its not a problem
they are sebacious glands defintely, unless you have alot of unprotected sex then they might be gential warts which arent permanent and can be removed with ointments. Anyway I was worried about the same thing and went to see a doctor he told me all about and laughed at my ignorance, the swine.
Sebacious glands perfectly normal apparently acording to him, and alot of guys have them, also to my dismay theyre permanent unless you get surgery. So what can you do, eyou shouldnt worry as so many guys have them, and girls sometimes do. unless the girls in the future youre with are obsessed with the unobtainable perfect penis orget about it.
hope that helps
