For most courses, you don't need to write anything. An example would be if, like me, you applied for a course called 'Modern Languages', you'd have to specify which languages you wanted to study.

If you read the prospectus (or website) it will tell you if you need to put anything down. But if you miss it, they should contact you later and ask.

Nope. Not unless your uni has specifically requested that you enter some additional information there, which is rarely the case.

It's hilarious actually. I've heard some people entering their accommodation preference into that box. :biggrin:
