I need your view/opinions on what it seems like i'd be interested in doing with my life/ will do well at.

Basically I don't know where to go with my life as nothing i'm doing is especially interesting to me right now - but my school is pressuring us to start making decisions on our lives.

So I'm currently doing A-levels (Chemistry, Maths, English Lit and Geography - + Japanese on the side because my school aren't running Japanese A-level this year :/). At GCSE I got 7A*s and 4As.

I've kind of lost my way in terms of what interests me as I went from arty to sciency to I don't know anymore.

    Me:

I like being creative in terms of fashion, I like Korea, Japan and other parts of Asia, anime, fantasy books and anime, comedy, pitching, speaking, reading - I’ve loved reading fiction since I was young, gaming, slice of life, music, blogs, I used to always draw but I’m not an especially talented artist, I used to love writing little stories and I ALWAYS imagine fantasies and storylines (lol), I love hair (cutting, styling) - the way it creates a person’s look and aura, the edges and the curves, the flicks and the curls etc. I want to travel the world.
I like understanding complex theories (physics and chemistry), I’m not the biggest mathematics fan but I do like a few equations & algebra here and there, I like learning about economic activity as in the effect of TNCs, pressure groups, government initiatives, poverty and it’s solutions, global super powers, economic growth etc, I like learning about cultures, languages and unique ways of life, I also like learning about the human world, the solutions to world problems such as climate change, poverty, over-population, ageing population, human rights etc.

This is all so random, but what careers do you think I should/ could/ would enjoy/ be good at going in to?

    THANKS ^^

Broad range of interests here, super fascinating though!

SOAS do a course in collaboration with King's College London where you can do Korean Studies with Geography. So you do Korean Studies at SOAS, and the Geography bit at KCL.There's lots of similar courses at universities like Sheffield, Nottingham and Leeds too who all have departments that specialise in the region.

To address the interest in writing stories - maybe see if there's a few modules in the English department on creative writing?

Likewise, for Physics and Chemistry, you could perhaps pick up modules from either subject, or perhaps from something like Geology or Environmental Science.

Your closest match to the remainder would most likely be a Geography degree, I'd say, and your A Level subjects set you up very well for it. Even in Geography alone, you can get a nice balance between arts/sciences by picking a combination of human and physical geography modules.
