So one of my friends is incredibly full of himself and can be rather arrogant especially in regards to his appearance. Quite often he will make judgements about people based purely on appearance. On one occasion he wanted to go out with someone he knew in school because they were attractive. When he met up with them, they were no longer attractive and thus wanted to get rid of them claiming that he was 'far too good' for them.

He is not bad looking but he is no where near as good looking as he thinks he is and it is slightly annoying... delusions and all that.

    Any advice?

Stop being his friend? Tell him straight up that you can't take his arrogance anymore. Why haven't you done this already?

you have two choices because your friend is never going to change.first choice is just accept him with all of his faults.second choice is to send him packing.if you talk to him about it he's just going to get defensive.he'll probably never change.

He sounds insecure. Let him be.
