Anyone ever lost a stone in weight?-girls

I was wondering how many dress sizes you went down?

i went from 10.5 stone to 8.5 and went down about 2 dress sizes. i think probably one size for each stone?

I went from just under 11 stone (Size 14) to 9 stone (Size 10). So for each stone I lost a dress size.

I lost a stone and went down one size. So it sounds like it's a stone for every dress size.

It really depends on your height, and what you start off as. Also, muscle is denser than fat, so that will have an effect.

I went from 10 stone to 9 stone and I went down 1 dress size.

i went from 9.5 to 7.5 (went from a size 10 to a 6), then up to 8.5 (and to a size 8). im 5ft 5 if thats of any significance.

I went from 9st 5 to 8st 6. Was a size 10-12 now a 8-10.

Ive lost half a stone because ive been ill and my clothes are all feeling a bit looser..

I'm 5foot11 and went from 10s7 to 9st7 and lost about 1 and half dress sizes. From 10-12 to an 8.
