hi im wondering if anybody would be able to help me,
i have an assessed moot coming up on a contract law issue, i basically have to appeal that ' the Doctrine of Promissory estoppel should operate to prevent the respondent recovering the rest of the money'
i am struggling to understand the principle and back it up with sufficient case law if anybody would be able to give me a hint on promissory estoppel i would be truly grateful
