Me and my g/f foreplay allot and once I was on top of her. I was wearing my boxers and she was wearing her panties but I stll passed through and she felt it. Is there any way she could get pregnant by this?
If there is a possibility that sperm entered her vagina then yes, there is the possibility that she could get pregnant. However it's unlikely because very little sperm would have entered (reducing the chance of sperm meeting an egg) and the sperm wouldn't get very deep (again, reducing chance of the sperm meeting an egg).

I once heard that a sperm swimming to the egg was the equivalent of someone swimming 7 miles through treacle. Multiply this with two sets of underwear, I highly doubt it. Is your girlfriend on the pill or anything? As this would seriously decrease her chances of getting pregnant by nearly 100%.
