independent student - moving to university in scotland

I am an EU national who has worked in England for three and a half years. I am an independent single student with no family or relatives in the UK. I have recently started my degree in scotland and I recieved the student loan for living expenses for the first year but now I am about to lose my adress in england for one in Scotland, where I will live while I am studying my degree.
Am I still entitled to student loan for living expenses ?

You would still apply to SFE for your funding in future and you would still be entitled to your loan for living expenses.
