I went to the doctors today because of this constant headache I have, and the visit got completely sidetracked when she tested my blood pressure. The readings were all over 150/90, with one of them being 165/98. I told her that it was probably just because I was very nervous and stressed but she insisted that just to make sure, I had to wear a 24 hour blood pressure monitor because it's dangerously high. I'm waiting on news from the hospital now.

Does anyone know if you can take them off and have a shower, or do you have to leave them on? Also, do I need to contact my school beforehand and sort out different rooms for controlled assessments and stuff? What is it like having the machine?
