Received an unconditional offer from Hudd uni today to study Sports Journalism and i was just wondering if somebody could answer some of my questions..

Which accommodation is best suited to me? I have lived in a village all my life and i definitely dont want to be living in one next year.. I want to be in a place were stuff is happening and somewhere were im not to far from the uni..

    Whats the night-life like?

Has anybody studied Sports Journalism? Whats the course like?

Hi the best accommodation would probably be either saw mill or snow island. They are both run by Unite. Both are close to the uni and have a great sense of community. To talk to them more and book of you want to call them direct on 01484 455 597 just mention my name

I would say Snow Island is the best accommadation. Not sure on the prices though.

If you're from a village and looking for something bigger but not on the scale of a city then Huddersfield is perfect. The nightlife is decent aswell. Leeds and Manchester are close by too.

I would have applied to Hudds myself but I want to ger away after living here my whole life
