So I know it isn't really the time to start my EPQ yet but I'm stuck on ideas on what I want to do for it. The subjects I'm currently studying are maths, physics and psychology. I also have no idea what course I want to do at university. I'm also interested in doing something creative or making some kind of film, but that isn't an area I would like to pursue in the future. Any ideas or general tips for EPQing? Also what EPQ are you doing or have done?

Do you have any specific areas of interest within (or outside) of those subjects? - bear in mind it doesnt have to be anything to do with what you're studying.

I did mine on how to improve the performance of a car for motorsport, which seemed to go down well enough, and there was plenty to talk about. Horribly wordy title but it got me out of talking about emissions and safety etc

If you were interested in cars then perhaps something to do with psychology and driving, e.g. distractions etc. Or some other area like that.

General tips.. I did mine over the summer. If you're doing the same then make sure you have a go at it every few days at least - dont keep pushing it back. The amount of people who did that and ended up with nothing at the end of the holiday was quite surprising. If you're interested in what you're researching and writing, then it shouldnt take long and should be quite fun really
