I'm in the same boat, it's so draining to revise every single day.
And there's no time to take breaks from revising, the exams are fast approaching, your teachers constantly test you, you have to understand the content for homework (though my homework is always bog standard cos i can't afford to care about it if i'm to revise)
I guess getting started helps a lot. But only ask yourself to read one sentence and only one! And to just understand what it means. That's it.
At this point, if you feel like you want/need to read just one more sentence and understand it by taking a minute. Then there you go.
I think if you do this, you might want to read more sentences, till you've read a paragraph, till you've read a page, till you've finished a topic.
But, still take frequent breaks at some point. When you come back from your break, it's easy to not want to start again, you want to extend your break, again, just force yourself to only read a sentence.
By answering your question, i just answered my own question, i'm going to go and try this out now for myself to see if it makes it easier and less of a heavy burden. Good luck!
