I got my exam results for my first semester of my second year today. I got B's and a B+. This leaves my current average at 57.5%, which is a 2.2? Is it still possible for me to achieve a 2.1 overall?

Of course. The exam results are only a certain percentage of the whole year. Do really really well in your 2nd semester and you could even get a 1st class for the year.

You are 2.5% off the 2.1.
If you work harder to do better in 2nd term, you can achieve 2.1 for the overall year, and as long as you keep up that standard or slightly higher for year 3, then you can expect a 2.1.
