What are you in training for? More body building?
If your looking to continue bulking three meals a day wont cut it. Even splitting those foods out over 6 meals wouldn't give you enough calories.

500g of meat is way ott as well. I doubt your body will be able to digest all that protein.

Speak to your trainer about your concerns.

You really should be eating 6 times a day, though.

I think its particularly bad to stick to a strict diet. Its best to eat foods that you know are personally beneficial, if you feel like eating some chocolate cake, then eat a bit, obviously not like a whole cake if you want to kep healthy. But i wouldnt stick to a strict diet if i was you, becuase it could become too obsessive and cause more harm than good.
