This is what my coach has adviced me to have. I have some questions regarding this diet
1) How strict should u be with ur diet - Do i have to eat each and every single thing which is said and do not skip anything? 2) Can i eat inbetween but somehting healthy and little just to satisfy my hunger? 3) Theres less milk in my diet? y? 4) What about the timings? 10 am / 4 pm/ 10 pm is this ok? 5) Can u tell me other tips to improve the diet as well?
So what am i suppose to do? thats wat my coach has suggested Can u amend my diet to suit me. Im not heavy neither an i skinny and my workouts are as follows:
This is wat i do before i start my session : 5 min cardio 5 min cycling 2 types of exercises of abs
1day - Bi and back 2day - Chest and tri break 3day- legs 4th day - Shoulders and forearms break etc..
I think its particularly bad to stick to a strict diet. Its best to eat foods that you know are personally beneficial, if you feel like eating some chocolate cake, then eat a bit, obviously not like a whole cake if you want to kep healthy. But i wouldnt stick to a strict diet if i was you, becuase it could become too obsessive and cause more harm than good.
