Can't decide between the three at all; Bath appears to be ranked and revered the highest but what do you think? I'm quite interested in a career outside of psychology - in the media for example - so the specific subject excellence of the university isn't too big a deal. Anyone else weighing up these three or have any ideas about them; if so do tell.

They're all pretty similar in prestige and rankings. I would go for the one you think you'll enjoy most - things like: course content, year abroad options, can you do modules outside uni, location, party scene etc.
