University of Glasgow

Business Economics or Business & Management?

Hello,
I just received an offer from University of Glasgow, actually from the Glasgow International College (GIC) for a Foundation Certificate in Business which allows progression to Year 2 of some degrees at the University of Glasgow. I am still in doubt between 3 progression degrees I want to follow after the foundation course.

MA (SocSci) Business Economics;
MA (SocSci) Business & Management;

between those, in which is the university most recognised for? and which degree would give me a better career prospect?

I'd actually suggest Strathclyde as their business school is better, but as you're looking at Glasgow, I'd go for Business Economics. They're both similar subjects but in my experience, the teaching for Business & Management was awful with very few lecturers who'd actually worked in the field. Might be different now (4 years later), but that's my experience.
