    Hello,

I´m froom Slovakia, currently living in Manchester. I plan to apply to Edinburgh school of Arts next year. The problem is- my family is very poor and they can´t help me with paying bills. I need money for rent, food and necesarry items, whatever that might be. Currently I have a job and plan to save some money, but definitely I will not be able to make enough to get me through the year.
Do I have any options? I don´t want to give up on my dream just because I don´t have money.. Are there any loans or schollarships for people like me? I will work part time of course, but will that cover the costs? How do you deal with this situation? I can imagine, not all students are rich or from Edinburgh and have to pay bills as well...
    Thank you for any help

Apparently it is not allowed to offer the sensible advice I previously offered.
As an EU citizen you are entitled to a tuition fee loan. There is no other funding available. You will have to fund your living costs yourself.
