Hey All, done a search for this, but not found anything so not sure if this has been done before. Basically wanting to lose weight cos ive put on a stone since uni started! Also I keep gettin a bloated feelin after eating something as light as a roll! Im not too sure about going to a gym (too much money!) so I was thinking of a fitness DVD, something like Davina or Nell McAndrew. Just wondered if anyone has/had these or others and would recommend them for toning up? I dont want to be wasting money on a DVD i only watch once so just wanted opinions...
