I do biology maths further maths music and of course chemistry. I would target top 5 unis for chemistry, would I possibly not be made an offer?

You should look at the entry requirements for the universities/courses that you might be interested in, but generally speaking you don't need physics - particularity if you're offering maths.

You do further maths so you're in a strong position, definitely. I don't believe physics is a requirement anywhere. Even with chem, maths & a non-science you'd stand a decent chance - chemistry just does not get madly competitive.
