# UCAS points panic watch

Announcements
1. For my A levels I'm doing English Combined, Film Studies, and Communication and Culture - in order I should achieve a C, a B, and an A and I have a C from Classical Civilisations which I did at AS. I am applying for a course which requires 320 UCAS points, and I've found contradictions of UCAS points conversion from A/AS levels all over the Internet - can anyone offer some insight?
2. A2's: A* = 140, A = 120, B = 100, C = 80, D = 60, E = 40 AS's: A = 60, B = 50, C = 40, D = 30, E = 20 It must be noted however that if you have an A at A2 or any grade at A2 you do not separately count the AS UCAS points - so if you had an A at AS and then got an A in the same subject at A2 you do not count them twice ie. you would only have 120 points, not 120 + 60. For more see: http://www.ucas.com/how-it-all-works.../tariff-tables
3. You have 320 points

4. You have 340 points, however you should check to see if 320 points must be from 3 a levels only because if that's the case you only have 300.
5. You have 340!

6. You have 340 ucas points.

C + B + A + your C at AS
80 + 100 + 120 + 40 = 340
