You really think your doctor will allow that? That just sounds dangerous.
I'm sure a saw a program where people on this diet were being carted off to hospital because of some problem or other that it caused. Not worth the risk to me. Plus, even if you are 'desperate' to loose weight, loosing 4 stone quickly will be unhealthy and probably leave you with some nasty, permanent stretch marks. I certainly wouldn't do such a diet if you're only 15, you are still growing and need balanced nutrition. My advice? Don't do it.

I disagree with any diets based on eating their own brand food, it seems like a scam to sell more products. Plus what happens when you go off the diet? Or are you destined to spend the rest of your life eating meal packets and milkshakes?

Eat less, exercise more, speak to your doctor about a healthy eating plan. Don't eat any less that 1200kcal a day, and eat at regular intervals. Eat three meals with snacks, of healthy balanced foods. x

The only reason i was thinking about it was because i saw an article in a magazine about a 14-year-old boy who did it and it has completely changed his life. I am also worried about the effects and the whole 'eating from a packet' side to it. I think i am kinda kidding myself whether i would actually do it. I am on a healthy diet atm so im not sure if i would need it. I asked my mum and she sed she thought it could be dangerous. I think i was really only considering it because i am feeling like it is impossible to lose weight atm. Anyway thanks for your comments.

Also, i dont think i would do anything! I am not that stupid. Sorry people. On the website it is kinda portrayed like nothing will go wrong... but after reading up more on it... it seems there is a lot wrong with it. Thanks.

If you want to lose weight, just eat less and exercise more - standard diets normally only work because they give you far too much (or far too little) of one food group, when all are needed. Don't suddenly start eating nothing - just one snack less a day or something. Try cutting down on whatever you eat. If you have three meals and two snacks a day, try three meals and one snack, every day - and if you're not hungry, even better, don't force yourself. Then go for a walk - nothing huge, half an hour a day (more than you do now) is great. You'll be losing weight in no time.

And make sure to drink plenty of water and sleep well during the night. You'll get nowhere if you're body's dry and tired.
I heard the Cambridge diet was cigarettes and cornish pasties as real food is expensive. Obviously a different Cambridge diet...
Slimfast is great, you lose weight really quickly!

Then you go back to eating proper food and it all comes back. Tsk.

You should ask to see a dietician if you're under 16. It's esp not healthy for someone so young to be on this rubbish!
Im sure i'e read/heard on countless occasions that its just not healthy to undertake any kind of diet like that if you're under 18...
to be honest it doesnt seem healthy however old you are, but until then you're growing and developing and you need a balanced diet.......eat healthily and exercise; it might take longer but you'll benefit more for it:smile:
