I met this guy Adam while i was in Thailand, he was Australian and i was going to visit Oz on my travels. Anyway so we hung out for about 5days together in Thailand and hooked up once, then a couple of months later when i was in Oz i got in contact with him and he asked me to go stay with him so i did. when i met him he told me he now had a girlfriend which i was cool with as i had gone to stay with him cos he was a friend nothing else. However it turned out his girlfriend was away for the weekend, and one night i ended up getting drunk with him and his mates and Adam and I ended up sleeping together. i felt so bad about it but it was him who iniated it all - i refused to do anything at first because of his gf but he was persistent and i cant say i wasnt attracted to him. But now i feel bad about what ive done, and even though im probably never going to see him again we made a promise to keep in contact but i feel like a complete bitch like i might have ruined a relationship and our friendship and that hes going to hate me for it. arghhhhh :mad:

At the end of the day you made a mistake, but doesn't everyone? He knew he had a girlfriend before he slept with you, and as you said at first you refused, at which point he should have stopped, but he persisted and you ended up sleeping together. It's him thats more in the wrong, he's obviously a bit of a playa and doesn't desrve to have this girlfriend, if she does find out about you two, you're probably doing her a favour more than anything else :wink:

Well, what you did wasn't commendable. But I'll say this: you didn't ruin a relationship, his feelings for you ruined a relationship, so he (willingly or not) ruined a relationship.
