Nice tits love, go on dare you! Preferably say it to a large group of them!
Just get chatting to her, ask her about herself etc. Much better than a chat-up line and if you ask her open-ended questions ("What do you do?", etc rather than "It's good here isn't it?") it should get her talking, unless she's really rude :p: It also shows you're interested in her as a person, rather than just getting her into bed. I wrote to compliment her hair/ outfit/ make-up/ whatever it looks like she may have spent some time over, but whatever I suggested to say sounded slightly metrosexual... But that sort of thing, maybe, if you wanted to give her a compliment about her looks or whatever.
One man in a pub/club I go to came up to me and said in my ear, "I'm sorry, even though I'm gay, I just had to tell you you're *****ing stunning darling"... and he was sober as well! It was weird but so sweet of him lol.
My boyfriend (well, before he was my boyfriend and just a friend of a friends boyfriend lol), came up to me in the same pub lol, and said, "Do you know you're really beautiful? I'm not gonna bother using a chat up line, that's not me, but you are seriously gorgeous and I hope you have a great night, see you later maybe?"... obviously it worked, cos he's my boyfriend now!
Just a nice compliment, on looks or something else, but don't make it sound as though you're trying to chat a girl up, be as though you're speaking to her because you want to get to know her as a person, don't use cheesy lines and don't be pushy, and don't constantly offer to buy her a drink, that gets annoying.

Once a man in a club said, "you're seriously the most beautiful girl in this room"

which was nice. Except that he was about 30, and it got more than slightly pervy when he kept staring at me. So, erm, we ran away. But had that comment come from a nice, normal, my age-ish, good-looking guy, then I would have been chuffed.

"excuse me? does this rag smell of chloroform to you?"
Nice shoes. Did you get them at the charity shop?

p.s. hot girls are far easier to pull than average girls cos you can get away with more as they are more confident and secure.
Some guy tried to chat me up at the weekend by talking about health and safety breaches he'd noticed in the club. (Whilst looking at my chest).

I've always gone off the theory of the way to a girls heart is via the funny bone... as well as a dash of being only "slightly interested"

Rarely fails.

definetly making a girl laugh is good, and try and make it sound as though its the first time you have ever said it, and not something u say to all the girls. Guys that have lots like one or two close female mates be careful not to make her feel rubish about her self my never complimenting her. just a thought
Once a guy in a club came up to me and said "You've got a right attitude problem!" and just started walking away. It immediately got my attention, so i persude it being a bit cocky "who the hell are you thinking you can talk to me like that".. He later admitted he only said it "to get your attention" and after we kissed kept saying "You're the fittest girl in here" which was pretty nice I guess!

Wow, he sounds like a proper charmer
Lol, he was so charming it was unreal. He was Irish as well so had that extra bit of charm. He was actually a nice guy, we had a thing for about a month and then he just text me saying he didn't want a relationship and all this bull****. So he wasn't that nice!

Well, if anyone came up randomly and told me I had an attitude problem, I can't say it'd make a great first impression on me. They'd get told where to go fairly swiftly.

Nope, I'm a hideous troll-child. So don't bother trying to insult me.

I'm also just about intelligent enough to realise when a guy is being a cocky bastard and decide that I don't like it much.
