Masturbation and weight loss

I regularly work out. However I have found that if I work out and I masturbate before I goto bed, I am less likely to make any gains then if I don't masturbate. Rather in some cases I lose weight - it is really strange.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Unless you get really REALLY vigorous when you are spanking your monkey - than I doubt you have anything to worry about. Seriously.
