Part-time uni job: DOORMAN

Any people here work on the door service whilst at uni?

Im doing it soon, going to do my SIA training once the loan comes in lol, then get the license and badge to work legally on the doors about 5 months after.

Pay is top, £10 min. cash in hand with flexible shifts during the nights, anything from 4+ hours. Not bad as its flexible and can work when you want or are available.

Does anyone do this, what are you experiences of doing this whilst being a full time student?

There's Doorsafe at York - run by students for students.

They provide training and pay for your badge. Loads of the rugby players do it, and there's never even a sniff of trouble so it's an easy ride.
