As in like Self Defence, you mean?
My mum does Body Combat, as far as I know its just lots of moving around doing kicks and punches (into thin air though, not at anybody of course :biggrin:)

each session (if u work hard) can burn over 800 calories :biggrin::biggrin:
combat is less intense (in my opinion)
Go start on a gang of chavs then run as fast as you can, better workout. If they catch you then you'll probably lose weight lying in a hospital bed.

Win-win.

Either do real boxing, or go run for an hour.
