Not doing AQA, but CGP is probably the best for sciences.

For OCR History and Edexcel Maths, has your school given you textbooks? If so, I think they're the best things to revise from - especially for history. (I really wouldn't recommend the history CGP book, imo it's not very good compared to the actual textbook... maybe that's just me though). You could get a CGP revision guide for maths if you insist on getting one, but I haven't used that so I dunno.

I have the cgp books for science and they are good, but not nearly as good as the AQA revision guides, they have everything you need to know and explain things so you understand each topic well. For history, the ben walsh revision guide is really good for the ocr exam board (what I have too). It is really good at outlining events and making sure you understand every concept within the gcse, alongside your own notes. And for maths, our school recommends the Collins edexcel exam board revision guide, it's really good at helping you if you don't understand a topic. I'm doing the same exam boards as you an these guides have helped so much and meant I got all A's an A*'s in my mocks! Hope It helps
