My English Lit exam is in May and I've started revising for them both but I have no idea how to revise for the unseen poetry part, it will be with Of Mice & Men. If anyone can help me out I'd be very grateful. Thank you.

You just have to make sure you know all of your poetic techniques, and how to spot them. Write for the unseen like you would for the seen. It's less daunting than it seems.

Practice is the best thing you can do. Write lots of essays on unseen poems and ask your teacher to have a look at them. The unseen poem section is probably the scariest part of the English Literature course but one redeeming fact is that you're not expected to produce work to the same standard as with the seen poetry. The exam is very short (if I remember correctly, unseen is 30 minutes) so you're not going to be expected to write anywhere near as much as you would be for your anthology poems!
