Hays Travel Apprenticeship help with personal statement

Hello,

I'm applying for Hays travel apprenticeship for the third time. I haven't been so lucky last 2 times hopefully this time. But when it comes to the personal statement i struggle a bit and it's been over a year since i wrote one.

Can anyone give me any tips on what to write etc
