Despite hundreds of years of technological and civil 'advances' the physical and mental state of man has deteriorated significantly. This is more strongly pronounced in people who were born during the later half of the twentieth century and especially people who were born from the 1980s onward.

The primary cause of this decline of character that we have witnessed has been technology and civil rights which has cheapened the value of hard work and meaningful freedom and a purposeful lifestyle. No longer does anyone make any effort to display the great oratory skills of the past cultures because that is not efficient and all this world seems to care about is efficiency, crudeness and 'practicality.' We no longer care about meaningful freedom anymore and most people seem to think it ought to be criminalized. Today, 'freedom' to most people means the 'freedom' for all of these special interest groups to become wage slaves and servants of the state.

Previous cultures didn't have these problems. The reason they did not have them is because they did not have advanced technology. Although great civilizations like Rome did have very advanced technology compared to primitive hunter-gatherer cultures the fact is that this technology was still crude and it required great effort to operate. Furthermore, the great civilizations of the past not only had a fascination with primitive cultures, but they appeared to have exalted them as superior or something to strive to emulate.

Great civilization of the past often placed 'wild men' on seals and crests, just as they (and we) place animals like Bald Eagles on ours. These naked, club-wielding 'savages' were admired by the rulers of these civilizations and they wished to emulate them. They admired criminals and savages. The main reason being: Nature has no room for civil rights, working class rights, Communism, etc. In Nature there are hierarchies and privileged classes and inequalities. And if any great society is to succeed we must emulate Nature as close as possible. So when this modern way of life dies out people should burn all of the libraries and schools and other Communist institutions in order to ensure that they are never remembered by anyone, because their existence was a mistake in the first place.

All of this didn't come naturally: it was engineered.

Your argument rests on a false observation that in 'Nature there are hierarchies and privileged classes and inequalities'. Mutual aid and co-operation are factors of both evolution and survival in various social animals including human beings.

'freedom to most people means the freedom for all of these special interest groups to become wage slaves and servants of the state.'

There is little difference between what you call the modern 'wage slaves' and the slaves of antiquity. The civilisations you cherish could only exist over a system of exploitation that chained masses of subjugated peoples as slaves or serfs. Just as today, the vast masses of people labour and work for money and are bound by the need for money (the consequences are quite damaging), a wage slavery so to speak. Yet you criticise the Communist movement and also Anarchists for attempting to reconstruct a competitive society into a co-operative society? A plausible type of society which can provide as many choices as possible for every human being on the planet, as good a life chance as we can get without having to imagine ideal utopian societies. Yet you blame inequality yet wish more of it through the emulation of your inaccurate view of nature? It makes no sense.
