Hey, I'm doing the same exam and the case studies my school are doing for each topic are;
Population- Thailand (Cabbages and Condoms),China (One Child Policy) and Japan (Ageing Population)
Settlement-Poland to UK and Mexico to USA
Rivers- Bangladesh (Meghna,Ganges and Brahmaputra) and Boscastle (Valency)
Coasts- Happisburgh,Pevensey Bay and Blakeney Point
Economic Development- Water Aid and Swim Save (Haven't finished this topic yet so there could be more)
This is what my school have taught us so there could be better ones but hope I've helped

Ask your teacher.
If they do not know, then look it up yourself. The lonsdale book for this course is very good.
You can also research your own case studies, but I would advise against this, as it's tedious and takes time.
