It might be worth seeing a doctor just in case. He/she might be able to suggest something to make you feel better too. Avoid fatty/sugary foods and drink plenty of water.

get some exercise. yea i know it sounds paradoxical but if you keep fit youll have more energy.

Drink loads of water. Lethargy ad headaches can be a sign of dehydration.
I would agree with getting checked out by the doctors. If it affected you so much that you asked here then it must be really affecting you so I'd say get checked out - if not for your health, but for your peace of mind :smile:
the heat causes you to be lethargic, and a lack of fluids, i'd start drinking some more water.

Please go to the doctors.

I have spent almost a year like that, just tired and exhausted all the time. I didn't want to go to the doctors cause it's a bit embarassing saying you are sleepy but they have agreed that there is something wrong now and I'm just waiting for test results to find out what.

If it is affecting your life then you must go, the longer you leave it the worse it gets.
