from what your saying:

you way 9.5 stone, thats nothign for a lad, most are at least over 10 stone,
by brothers hes just 16 he weighs 10 stones, and theirs nothin to him, hes fairly tall which a waist of 30"
He has a 6 pack,
so you do have the potential to, their are many stomach exercises you can do, their willbe machines at the gym, and they you can do the obvious ones at home, however if u have a layer of fat on your stomach then it may take a little more time. (however doesnt sound like you do)

Cardio exercise such as running is also ideal!

good lucky

Update:

Went back to the gym today and politely asked about how i was given a 5% body fat reading. The guy took another test on another device(like a weighing scales) and it gave me 7%. He explained, like so many of you have, of the inaccuracies of these measuring equipment yet he still reckoned i was at most 10% body fat. I then asked about the six pack and he reckoned that i had more body fat around my stomach than i had on other areas (this is true as my leg muscles are not flabby in the slightest) and that i would need to do some more aerobic exercise to lose a bit off me tum and then just tone it with an ab workout. Will let you know of my progress.

Thanks guys

I'd go along with what the guy said - from your picture I'd say you look like someone with maybe 10% body fat or less but without a lot of upper body muscle. I think as a guide most men need to have 10% or less body fat to have an easily visible 6-pack so you're probably in the right sort of region for that. However genetics isn't always kind and some people have a more prominent 6-pack than others - you may find it more difficult to develop one. Personally I wouldn't advise losing weight; if I was you I'd be aiming to increase muscle mass. Ideally you could combine this with losing fat mass but this is very difficult so I'd aim to maintain the fat mass that you have. Its worth noting if you keep the same amount of fat but add muscle, your body fat %age will go down.
