I'm bored, I'm fed up and this heat is killing me....
Should I just leave it?

The heat has obviously fried your brain, are you sure you want the added hassle of constantly having to remove your arm hair?!

Yes, you should leave it.

i have the same problem, with the hairy arms i mean, i have really dark arm hair along with every other bit of hair on ma body lol!! but meh u should be proud of it its ya individuality, if people comment on my arm hair i jus reply, "meh i dont care so y should u" it shuts em up every time lol!!!!

saying all that though if u really really don't like it then id wax not shave, but i still stick with what i said up ther, its your individuality, u shouldnt feel bad about that. hope that helps xx

I've never heard any criticism from anyone about anyone's arm hair. It's one of the very few things people (generally) don't seem to mind girls leaving alone, so avoid the extra hassle.

I don't see why people would want to remove the hairs on there arms. It seems very strange to me and I can't imagine what the regrowth would be like.

I have hairy arms but the hairs arn't that dark. When people look closely they do comment on how hairy my arms are but it doesn't bother me. Everyone has little downy hairs all over their bodies anyway.

Maybe because alot of people have very dark hair on their arms, not a fine light hair like others. This can make a person quite self conscious, even though it isn't a big deal, so remove it if you really want to, or leave it, as most people would never notice.

Thank you.

I don't really want to get rid of it, but I get this feeling like I kinda have to. I never used to think people would bother, but now I know of quite a few girls who do. I know the kinda comments they'd make about me if they ever saw my arms. Then again, I also know of girls who don't. They have fairer hair than mine, but it's still quite dark brown.

Cool. I've only ever heard comments from young teenage girls (the bitchy type) about my arms. I've only ever seen one girl with arm hair as dense as mine in this country, but back in the Middle East where my parents are from almost all people have dark dense arm hair.

Keep the hair!!

Who cares!

Arm hair will not put anyone off you. If it does, they are not worth knowing anyway!

Aww, thanks! Thanks to everyone.
I'm already feeling slightly more confident.

I, personally, have quite thick arm hair. Still manage to attract a man and have a wide circle of friends.

Be confident and bold!

Hee, thanks, I'll try!
I'm going out this Friday, so I'll see how I go. I haven't gone out in public wearing a short sleeved top in ages (4/5 years ago, I think). I've no idea why I suddenly got all hung up about it, I guess I just started noticing how other girls seemed to have a problem with it.

it's silly why people bother so much about arm hair. if it's really that hideous then bleach. you'll only have to do it once and it will last months before it becomes fully dark again.

and i'd say the next best thing is epilating.

you're bored and have the time right now, but you won't think the same when you have to keep up waxing/shaving. so don't start now!

Just leave it be. You don't need to remove arm hair.
