The shaded area is the integral of the curve from 0 to ln4:

then add triangle area:

Integral:
Integrate 2e^x+5 between 0 and ln4

=(2e^x + 5x) 0 to ln4
=(2e^ln4 + 5ln4)-(2e^0 +5(0)
=8 + 5ln4 -2
=6 + 10ln2 (1)

For triangle:

0.5 baseX height

base = 14- ln4
height = 13

6.5(14-ln4) =

91 -6.5 ln 4 =
91 - 13ln2 (2)

For total area combine the two:

6 + 10ln2 + 91 -13ln2=
97 - 3ln2

NB the logs cannot be simplified by combining due to the different multipliers

Hope this satisfies dude, Dan
