Retaking A Level modules... which cash in codes?

I'm on a gap year and retaking two of my modules from one of my A level subjects in June at an exam centre as an external student. I'm trying to fill out the application form but I dont know which cash in code to put down as I'm retaking a module from AS and one from A2 and have cash in codes for each year. Do I just put the A2 one for both retakes so it's cashed in as an overall grade? Any help please?
