Summer Let and Flats for next year?

Hi,

Does anyone know any good websites for finding summer lets in Plymouth? I tried AFS but all i get is spambot housing agency replies offering me £90+ a week accommodation from September. I need a house from the start of July 'til the end of August.

I would also like to find a flat for my girlfriend and me for next September. I will not be a student (though she will be) but I'm struggling to find many places that offer reasonable prices and are close to the university. Anybody know any good websites? A friend of mine got an absolutely amazing deal by posting adverts on various different sites but this was a while ago and she doesn't know the sites she visited.

I have looked at sites like Sams accommodation, clever student lets, home and student link etc, but haven't had much luck. University's Student Pad site hasn't offered many opportunities either.

Found a few on this place called Starflats or something and they're just all scammers. So avoiding that like the plague.
