Manchester Metropolitan - Where are you staying?

Hey guys,
I have been give an unconditional offer to study at Man Met. I have decided to stay in Manchester to study however because I live within 30 mins of the Uni I won't be able to stay in the student halls.

Where would any of you advise to stay? I still want to stay in a halls like environment as I want that experience.

Anyone know any good private halls which are good? And also not expensive

Hi, I currently live in Victoria Point private halls. I really like it here, it's not as insane as uni halls but I live in a flat with my boyfriend so it's just us. You can get a flat with mates if you want which is what we did this year. If I was at uni on my own I would have stayed for my second year as it's not too expensive and the location is great. The flats are really modern too and it's great now that it's coming upto spring because everyone just chills outside and gets together :smile:

I was wondering what accommodation is the best for the first year of uni?
(I would like a flat with an en-suite)
