I am currently in year11 studying descriptive writing im on a grade B but aiming for an A/A*. could someone send me their work as a example. i wont copy.

I had mine up but it got removed I think because someone stole it :lol:

i think for this one you use all the senses and use lots of connectives instead of when and then as they are the things that gets you the mark

Use a variety of sentence lengths. For example, when describing tense or dramatic situation, aim to use shorter sentences, while for descriptions or if any character is panicking, use longer sentences. Also vary punctuation use, for example try to use exclamation marks and semicolons where appriopriate.
