If this is your first year receiving funding from us then once we process your declaration form we need to get your National Insurance Number validated by the Department of Work & Pensions.
This is a process that can take 7-10 working days. Once this is complete we will check for confirmation of your registration from your college or university, if both are complete then your payment status will change to submitted online & the funds will be in your bank within 3-5 working days.
If you have still not been paid I would suggest you call us on 0300 100 0607 as we cannot access any accounts through The Student Room.
