Hi there guys this is my question and I was wondering how to go about answering this and what id need to out in my introduction and what specific topics I should talk about.

question is - ‘The UN convention on genocide says “ states that are signatories have a duty to prevent and to punish,” January 1951. Within the context of the year 1900-2004 to what extent has the original meaning of genocide been misused in the post war era?
Help would be appreciated!
