Tips for getting an interview with Superdry?!

I applied to Superdry for a sales assistant position and got rejected. :frown:

I'd really like to work there - a retail job is exactly what I'm looking for and I like the look of the shop. Does anyone have any cheeky tips for getting past the application stage and securing an assessment/interview? Like, what should I put in the "what attracted you to this position?" section, so that I hit the right points?

If anyone here works there or got to the next stage then any tips for the application would be really helpful, so that I know for the next time they advertise a job in my area. The only work experience I have is volunteering in a charity shop where I work on the tills and put clothes out - hopefully I'll be able to find something soon.
