Sounds abit desperate to be honest. If they didn't tell you to confirm, day nothing, if you need to confirm, hen just say something along the lines of "that's fine, thank you"

I just sent this mail, to accept a phone interview. They asked if i would be available for a discussion any time between 9:30 and 2pm.

Dear Y,

Thank you very much for your mail.

I can confirm that I am available to have a discussion on Tuesday 28th of July, preferably in the morning between 9:30 and 11am.

Please let me know if there is any other time that will be more convenient for you.
