Going to need more info... do you mean she's taken the pill late or her withdrawal bleed is late and she's on the pill. How long has she been on it, what type of pill is it etc...
There is more than one pill brand with a number at the end.

They can sometimes be inconsistent due to hormone changes. I've been on the pill for over a year but this summer I was late, because I'd been taking it at different times throughout the day, sometimes really early in the morning, sometimes midday or even as late as midnight. It would be worth getting a pregnancy test though
Sometimes while being on the pill the bleeding doesnt happen at all.. But if you want to be sure just take a pregnancy test
