No, no it doesn't.

Exercise works. Healthy eating works. A bunch of chemicals bound artificially together does not work. It's as simple as that.

To be honest mate, When something features the words 'fat stripper' in the same sentance, I'd avoid it.

duh, but it speeds up fat loss. of course chemicals work, otherwise every drug ever created would be useless.

Really i wanted to know if anyone has tried it... not just someone speculating

For things like this, I would google it and see what comes up on other forums. If you see many people saying how good the product is, then get it, if you can't be bothered to stick with exercise.

Some pills will be fakes, but who's to say they all are?

And how exactly can you tell that these people are acctually real and have even used the product or are not affiliated with it? Internet testimonials are unreliable.

Don't buy them. Diet pills are a waste of money. Even if you lose weight it will come right back on after you stop taking them.

If you only want to lose 1/2 a stone you could easily lose that in a month or 2 with upping your exercise and reducing your daily calorie intake slightly. This way you will look better and the weight will stay off.

Absolute waste of money, not one of the ingredients have been conclusively PROVEN to aid fat loss, and even if they did do anything, they're massively underdosed.

You'd be an absolute mug if you spent money on this.

sounds like a money grabbing piece of crap :p:

just exercise by running and stuff.. it would be a hell of a lot cheeper..

I personally wouldnt trust things like that, if you are that worried about losing weight to put chemicals in your body then you shouldnt mind the exersise and dieting. Anyway having a look through them photo's there was not one person there who i thought looked good.

I just want it to remove the stubborn fat..... and I shouldnt put it back on if i keep up the exercise regime afterwards. Im gonna try it..... whats the worst that can happen. £35quid aint that much money to me.

Well if u were so dead set on getting it, why bother asking people what they thought if u were just going to do it anyway? Worst that can happen is no-one knows what you're doing and you go into anaphalactic (sp) shock stop breathing and die because you're allergic to something in them. It says no side affects but no side affects on who?

I actually despair about the people on this site sometimes, do you not listen to a word anyone has said?

LA-muscle fat stripper contains:

INGREDIENTS PER TABLET
CHOLINE 150mgs
INOSITOL 150mgs
BETAINE 150mgs
METHIONINE 150mgs
L-CARNITINE 10mgs
CHROMIUM PICCOLINATE 50mcgs

Choline, the RDA of this is 550mg, so LA-muscle are actually selling you 1/4 of the RDA, which will be found in your diet from meat/eggs/milk etc. anyway? Lecithin is also a far more useful and bioavailable form of choline.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Choline - read the bit under "Choline as a supplement"

Inositol has more to do with brain function than fat loss, infact its never been proven to do anything for fat loss at all.

Same for betaine, absolutely no evidence that it aids fat loss. Infact, no evidence that it does anything really.

Methionine is just a bloody amino acid, you'll eat 50x the amount in la-muscle fat stripper if you just have a balanced diet.

L-carnitine has never been proven to aid fat loss, infact it can't even be used in this form taken as a supplement(it has poor bioavailability and is broken down into unuseful constituents in the gut) - acetyl-l-carnitine is a worthwhile supplement when taken in the region of 3-5g per day - you can get more L-carnitine in a 5ounce steak than you get in 1 pill of la-muscle fat stripper.

Chorimium picolinate is my favourite, its proven to reduce insulin sensitivity(which can aid fat loss) in insulin resistent(diabetic) obese rats when taken at MASSIVE dosages.

Are you an insulin resistant obese rat?

I can't believe I wasted my time writing that crap when it seems you've already made up your mind, oh well, jokes on you.

I wasnt asking for advice about whether i should be taking them, just wanted to know how well they have worked on others.
Reply 13
They haven't worked on anyone else, because a) most people aren't stupid enough to buy it in the first place b) those who were stupid enough didn't notice anything.
Reply 14
Half a stone really isn't a whole lot to lose, why not just go without the supplements and exercise more.
