Tips for getting an interview with Superdry?!
I applied online to Superdry for a sales assistant position and got rejected. 
I'd really like to work there - a retail job is exactly what I'm looking for and I like the look of the shop. Does anyone have any cheeky tips for getting past the application stage and securing an assessment/interview? Like, what should I put in the "what attracted you to this position?" section, so that I hit the right points?
If anyone here works there, or got to the next stage after applying online, then any tips for filling out the application would be really helpful, so that I know for the next time they advertise a job in my area. The only work experience I have is volunteering in a charity shop where I work on the tills and put clothes out - hopefully I'll be able to find something soon.
