Couldn't find a thread for law applicants at kings so thought I'd create one. How did people's lnats go? Anyone know whether kings have a benchmark? Anyone received offers?

i got an offer on 7/1

(sent my app off 10/10 and have an lnat of 29 if thats of help to anyone...)

Offer on 20/01. Sent 10/10 2013. AS Grades AAAA. LNAT 28.

I'm still waiting. Applied 4/10. Only got an lnat of 23 but kings said anything above 20 is fine so don't know.

Received a conditional offer yesterday [:

I'm an international applicant (from Hong Kong), applying with predicted grades for the HK public exam only (no gcses or as).

Conditions: (not sure if anyones interested tho)
4;4;4;4 for 4 core subjects (Chinese, English, Maths, Liberal Studies)
6;5;5 for 3 electives
(The highest attainable grade is 7 [aka 5**], followed by 6 [aka 5*], 5, 4 etc)

application sent on 7th October, still no reply, predicted 41 IB points, 777 in HL, 666 SL and 2 extra, LNAT 23 points and still no reply from them

application sent on 12th of november. LNAT score 26, sat in the 27th of december. IB predicted 40 with 666 at HL, 667 at SL and 3 extra. Still no reply

Yep. The elective subjects in HK are very similar to those offered in the UK or IB. We get to choose from sciences, literature, history, geography, economics etc. Subjects like music, visual arts and tourism are also offered, but I ain't sure if they are considered equally in terms of university applications.

For me, I take physics, chemistry and biology. All sciences! But I guess that did not affect the application much anyways.
