Accomodation at MMU!

Hey everyone, im looking to start university at mmu this september! and i was needing some advice on choosing the appropriate accommodation. being a sociable person, having people around me is a must!
I was looking to book a place in the halls therefore any advice on the best/worst halls is appreciated. I quite like having the idea of people knocking on my door to go out therefore the actual university owned halls. However the prices may mean moving into private halls. Are private halls less sociable? will i not get to go out as often? advice on choosing a private or uni hall is needed!! thanks in advance!! xx

I'm in the exact same situation! Think Briarfields looks good but those new Birley ones are a bit out the way

Briarsfield does look good! you guys going for an en-suite or standard room? i think having my own toilet is a must tbh

Hey! me too, I was looking at either Oxford or Briarfields, definitely en-suite though! :smile:
