Morning After Pill-HELP!

Please help this is worrying me to death!

Can the morning after pill (Levonelle) stop your period coming completely? I am over a week late and have done 2 pregnancy test- both negative.

I know it can delay your period by 5 days but I have spoken to a friend who said that her period didn't come at all after taking it and she wasn't pregnant.

Has anyone got any experience of this?

Please please help I am so so worried :frown:

my friend skipped when she took it, and shes not pregnant...or at least she doesnt know she is

Same with my girlfriend... well ex now :frown:

. Her period was messed up totally timing wise. So dont worry to much. Especially if the tests were negative and you took two of them...

How close were you to your period's "due date" at the time of taking it? It could just be that the high dose of hormones has made you skip one. If you've had two negative results, I'd feel fairly confident you're safe.

I was a few days late which was very unusual for me! I'm regular as clockwork without fail. It might be due to worry. I know last time I was paranoid I was pregnant I was late so don't stress too much. If you're still worried then go to your family planning clinic but I doubt 2 tests can be faulty.
